Our Three Sisters Community Garden is an opportunity for everyone in the Meredith community to learn first hand about fresh, healthy produce grown in a sustainable manner.
"Three Sisters" is an ancient tradition of interplanting corn, beans and squash in the same mounds, widespread among Native American farming societies. It is a sophisticated, sustainable system that provides long-term soil fertility and a healthy diet for generations. Growing a Three Sisters garden is one way to feel more connected, work as a community, and all of us will benefit directly from each others efforts.
Volunteer with us on Friday mornings!
