Meringue Bakery

Meringue, located in Stoddard, WI, specializes in special event cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, dessert tables, wedding favors, and other fine baked goods. We believe in full circle baking that starts with the freshest local ingredients,and baking with love and skill to give each client a dessert to celebrate life’s most special milestones. We are a small to-order fully licensed home bakery.

Where are we located? We have a beautiful licensed industrial bakery within our home, located just near the entrance to Goose Island. Our address is N252 Lisa Lane in Stoddard WI.

By relying on our farmers, our friends, we are able to utilize produce picked the morning we need it. We are proud to live in farm country and we know the difference between fresh and when a dessert is made with care and integrity.
