In 1998, Merriam Concrete grew out of Merriam Construction, Inc., a Front Range custom-building company established in 1979 specializing in solar efficiency. Merriam Concrete, Inc., carries on the legacy of prompt, reliable service and quality achieved through precision and creativity begun over thirty years ago.

Recognized by the National Association of Home Builders, John Merriam is a licensed and insured concrete contractor as well as a licensed and insured general contractor with a D License. Within the community, Merriam Concrete, Inc., partners with Habitat for Humanity Fort Collins amongst other local charities.
