The center provides state-of-the-art rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing services in beautiful surroundings. Residents enjoy our warm and caring environment as well as the finest amenities for a comfortable stay.We provide a holistic approach to care, addressing the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of our residents. With ample space and the latest equipment, Mesa Vista Inn can meet the need for short-term rehab so a resident can quickly return home or provide more long term care for complex cases. Our services include physical, occupational and speech therapy programs, social services and a full daily activity program, among others.A variety of living arrangements are offered for San Antonio’s senior, including private and semi-private rooms, adaptive bathing facilities and daily housekeeping and laundry services. Telephone and cable TV services are provided.

Mesa Vista features a full-time life enrichment director works with each resident to provide healthy and fun activities with lots of variety. An on-site non-denominational chaplain provides spiritual care to our residents and their families.

We understand the importance of variety in meals and offer an a la carte dining program that allows residents to order from a menu, making their choice from an array of delicious entrees and side dishes.
