Nestled on five wooded acres on Bainbridge Island, Washington, our park-like setting with wooded pathways and nearby beach is a wonderful location for visiting, strolling, picnicking, healing and living. Private and semi-private rooms are available for 96 residents.

Our team provides a range of services to meet the unique needs of each individual.
We are best known for our Alzheimer’s/dementia secured unit. Residents enjoy a fenced yard and gardens, flexible care routines and activities. Our care approach is designed to honor individuals and their former life roles.
Medically complex services include wound care, dialysis, I.V. therapy and post- surgical care.
Short-term Rehabilitation includes physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
Long term care is designed to offer medically supervised care in a comfortable home-like setting for those unable to return home.

We are Medicare and Medicaid certified and have contractual agreements with managed care plans and hospice agencies.
