Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This practice is EXCELLENT for anyone who has trouble getting up and down off the floor, or standing! Class is only 30 minutes long!

Lunar Flow with Dawn is an invigorating 75 minute flow (vinyasa) practice that enhances focus and strength by linking breath with movement. Utilizes basic poses to challenge beginner and advanced yogis!

Meditation & Movement with Mesuva (M3) concentrates on the mental aspects of a yoga practice. This class is great for beginners and those nervous about trying something new but wanting to de-stress and relax. You will find our community very welcoming! 75 minutes

In our Mindful Morning class it's all about gentle morning movement! We flow through poses, focusing on breath control, movement, strength, and flexibility! All levels! 60 minutes

Power Hour with Raquel is replacing Gentle (please see Chair, M3, or Flow Foundations for more beginner options) as our instructor Raquel has received her 500-hour certification in power yoga and would like to bring her learning to YOU! 60 minutes

Flow Foundations is for beginners! If you have never taken a class and know next to nothing about yoga this is the class for you! If you are tired, stiff, sore, and have trouble getting up and down like you used too, THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU! If you are inflexible and nervous about starting a yoga practice THIS IS THE CLASS FOR YOU! You will leave this class feeling better and empowered to continue this practice! 60 minutes

We have all the equipment to borrow and share but please feel free to bring your own if you have it!
Wear clothes that you are comfortable moving in! We recommend wearing a tighter fitting shirt to prevent it from falling down around your face, as well. We will be barefoot!
