Metabolix Wellness Center utilizes IV therapy protocols from Trim® Nutrition. These proprietary nutrient injections are formulated by doctors and compounding pharmacists who use the highest quality materials and follow strict manufacturing protocols in a class 10,000 compounding facility.

Brent Agin, M.D. is the founder and CEO of Metabolix Wellness Center. Dr. Agin is a family practice physician who has been treating patients in Clearwater, Florida since 2004. He specializes in general wellness, anti-aging, sports performance enhancement, nutrition, drug detox, weight management and the prevention and treatment of disease.

In addition to seeing patients at the Metabolix Wellness Center, Dr. Agin is the author of "Healthy Aging for Dummies" and "Superfoods for Dummies", and a successful web entrepreneur who develops and markets a variety of health and wellness products and services including Trim® Nutrition supplements and nutrient injections and TeleWellnessMD®, an online platform that connects providers with consumers seeking wellness healthcare.

Dr. Agin received his medical degree at Michigan State University and completed his internship and residency at the University of South Florida in 2002.

Dr. Agin lives in Safety Harbor with his wife and daughters.
