Metamorfit Health & Fitness Studio

metamorFIT Health & Fitness Studio provides a fun, safe, positive workout environment for each and every one of our clients. We offer 45 minute group fitness classes in various formats. Our adult classes, FIT Camp (bootcamp), FIT HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and FIT Kettlebell are full body workouts which improve muscle tone, body composition and strength. Our FIT Kids classes are for children ages 6 to 12 years old and are intended to lay a foundation of fitness at an early age. Unique to metamorFIT, our FIT Family classes are a bootcamp style class where the whole family can workout together and bond through exercise.
