Metrocrest Services

Metrocrest Services stands ready to help individuals through emergencies and to plan for a more secure future. Through our assistance with rent, utility payments, food, clothing, medical prescriptions, and more, we truly prevent families and individuals from being homeless. Our Employment Program provides individuals with support for a successful work search in the form of resume assistance and individual job leads, gasoline vouchers and bus passes.

We provide programs that enable senior adults to live independently in their homes. Senior programs include transportation, home-delivered meals, minor home repair, loan of medical equipment, safety installations (grab bars, etc.) and Eat Smart, Live Strong food distributions.

Last year, over 13,000 individuals received assistance which was a 15% increase over the previous year. We distributed 528,981 pounds of food through our food pantry, 99,000 meals and snacks to 1,100 youngsters during Sack Summer Hunger, provided 140+ rides to seniors weekly and delivered 25 meals daily to seniors.
