Meyers Lake is a village in Stark County in the U.S. state of Ohio. The population was 569 at the 2010 census. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.9% of the population.There were 328 households of which 6.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 38.4% were married couples living together, 4.9% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.7% had a male householder with no wife present, and 53.0% were non-families. 46.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 18% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
