Prepared just as it is in Miami’s hottest restaurants, the succulent fish is cubed, delicately fried, and served on its own artfully arranged bones, with a zesty complement of coconut rice, ponzu, and spicy mustard sauces.In addition to five Certified Angus cuts of steak—seared to perfection under a 1,600-degree infrared broiler—the signature Miami Ribeye is marinated for 36 hours in a house-made Cajun seasoning and served with mashers and grilled asparagus.
For late night diners, an extensive Bar Bites menu contains fare to keep you going until the early morning hours, from crab cake sliders and steak burgers to flatbread pizzas and shrimp tacos.

Gluten-free dishes are available by request. We have a dedicated fryer that is used just for gluten-free food, and we also have gluten-free flour and buns. The chef can prepare almost any item on the menu gluten-free, so please let your server know if you prefer a gluten-free option.

The restaurant also grows its own herbs and heirloom tomatoes on the patio garden to add a fresh flair to the contemporary American cuisine. An al fresco space awaits on a gated brick patio in spring, summer and fall.
