Our priority is to provide a great environment for our members to achieve their fitness goals. We are family owned and operated where our members often feel like they are part of huge extended family. We have Group exercise classes like Step, Spinning, Pilates, Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, Body Sculpting, Barbell, Core, Silver Sneakers, Senior, Kids fitness, Kids yoga, Barre, Zumba, High/Low, Jump Sport Trampoline, TRX and much more. Our cardio equipment has wireless cardio theatre and internet access. This includes Stairmaster steppers, Lifefitness treadmills, upright and recumbent cycles, ellipticals, Precor ellipticals, Concept II rowing ergometer, Hogan UBE, Versaclimber, Sprint Runner and much more. Our weight equipment includes the latest Lifefitness selectorized weight equipment, Hammer strength, BodyMaster and Magnum along with thousands of pounds of free weights, dumbells and Olympic bars and benches. We have the best Personal Trainers in town and in house Physical Therapy.

Established in 1988
We started as a small aerobics studio and expanded to a full fitness center within a year. We continued to grow, outgrew our location in1995 and moved to this location ever since. As a family fitness center, we have a wide variety of members from seniors to athletes to the very young kids. With over 3,000 members we have many who have been with us for more than 2 decades. Their kids grew up in our Kid's center and eventually became regular members as adults. We are the Cheers of health clubs.
