Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you please call us at least 24 hours in advance - as a courtesy to the staff member, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients.

Service Guarantee: All our services are guaranteed 100%! In the event that you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 72 hours. We will schedule an appointment at no cost to you to address any concerns. Unfortunately, if you tried to remedy any chemical services at home, we do not offer this guarantee due to the nature of unprofessional coloring products. We are confident we can remedy all situations if given the opportunity, therefore we do no offer refunds.

Product Guarantee: We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all hair products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, provided that 3/4 of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 14 days of original.
