Mid-Iowa Community Action - MICA

MICA's foundational programs include: Early Head Start, Head Start, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Maternal and Child Health, Weatherization, Energy Assistance, and Family Development. MICA primarily serves families in Hardin, Marshall, Poweshiek, Story, and Tama counties.
