Miguel Ugarte joined Mid Valley Funding & Investment in 2004. A graduate from Santa Clara University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology. With Over 14 years combined experience as a Mortgage professional and 8 years as a realtor servicing the Northern California and Sacramento surrounding areas. With over 200 million in closed sales in both lending and Real estate. I provide my clients with a consultative approach whether it be their first investment or a portfolio of properties.
