Middle Path Healing Arts

Éowyn Ahlstrom, LMT, RYT, has seen her own life profoundly transformed through the practice of yoga, meditation and bodywork. Where once there was despair, now there's equanimity. Where there was fear, trust grows. A sense of isolation has given way to deepening connections and care. Physical malaise has been replaced by strength and ease. The process is ongoing and endlessly surprising.

Now, through Middle Path Healing Arts, Éowyn's intention is to help others find their own unique skilful means for fostering such change. She works to provide support and guidance to her students and clients as they develop the art and skills of internal transformation.
