Built in Osen Motor Sales, a 1920's Delongchamps building, MCY features two studios with cork flooring and abundant natural light.
We offer yoga and meditation for all levels and discounted pricing options for our community members.
Complimentary tea is hosted in our mid century lobby, and use of mats and towels is free.
