Midtown Spa & Fitness

Fitness Center
We offer 17 pieces of Life Fitness cardio equipment; 6 treadmills, 7 elliptical cross-trainers, 2 stationary upright, 2 stationary recumbent bikes. Life Fitness circuit equipment and free weights are also available. An equipment orientation with one of our certified personal trainers is complimentary with your membership. Personal training and Yoga Lesson packages are also available to help you reach your fitness goals.

Pool
We offer a 23-yard lap pool, which is 3 feet 9 inches deep. The temperature is kept 82-84 degrees at all times. The pool area is a tropical atrium kept ten degrees warmer than any other area of the club. We also offer a whirlpool which is kept between 102-104 degrees. Pool parties, group, and private swim lessons are available. For inquiries please contact Sean Cohen.

Group Exercise
Our group exercise area contains 600 square feet of space. A high-quality sound system and hardwood floor add to your workout. We offer a wide variety of class formats to meet your fitness needs and help you obtain your fitness goals. We offer classes for every fitness level. Updated schedules will be posted on our Facebook page.

Nature Trails
There are 5 different nature trails available to you for walking or running. Each trail will take you through the wooded backdrop of McDonald's campus. In the Midtown backyard, we offer an outdoor Team Challenge course. This program is available to all groups looking for a fun way to help build team unity and group rapport.

Midtown Spa
Relax to the sounds of tranquil music while you enjoy one of our signature services. Our AVEDA spa offers the following services: massage, facials, body wraps, manicures, pedicures, waxing, hair styling, and makeup application.

Amenities
Members and guests check in and receive complimentary towel service. All guests must check in at the desk and be accompanied by a member. Both men's and women's locker rooms have full and half size lockers available. The showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and our vanity area offer hair spray, deodorant, lotion, mouthwash, and hair dryers. We also have a wet steam room with eucalyptus and a dry sauna.
