A popular stop with boaters as well as vacation travelers wanting to arrive fresh the first day of their Outer Banks vacation week. Midway Marina and Motel is just off Hwy 158, approximately half way between the NC/VA state line and the Southern Shores gateway to the northern Outer Banks including Duck and Corolla. Charming rooms overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Refreshing pool, ships store ( food stuffs, beverages, clothing, marine supplies, etc), shower and laundry (coin-op) facilities on site for boaters. Located over the dock house and store, four guest rooms offer central heat and a/c, microwave and/or stove cooktop, cable TV, Wi-Fi, small refrigerator, queen bed and day bed or twin bottom/ single top bunk bed. All balconies offer view if the Intracoastal Waterway. Quaint on site cottage with full bath and kitchen. Living room with fold out sofa, one bedroom with two twin beds and one with bunk beds. Marina, motel and cottage are open year round. After hours reservation, check in and docking assistance available. Launching ramp accommodates smaller boats without "T' tops. Trailer drop lot available. Deeper public ramp with no height limitations across the waterway about 3 miles by road. Boaters can also contact us on Marine radio channels 16 and 9. Located on the western side of the waterway. On site restaurant Crabbie's Bar and Grill has satisfying offers for every palette. Dine in or "to go" for in room dining. Well stocked full service bar.
