The Midwest Antique and Arts Show opened its doors in 1986 and remains at its original site at the Hawkeye Downs Fairgrounds in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Midwest Show is well known for its emphasis on Americana and related accessories associated with a metropolitan antiques show with booths displaying quality antiques of the 18th, 19th centuries through the Mid-century Modern era.
The Collector's Eye collectable antiques show, added in 2007, has a different emphasis focusing on quality collectible from roughly the 1890s through the mid-1950s. The combination of both shows in one facility allows an easy shopping experience for customers. Both shows open and close at the same time with opening being at 10:00 a.m., and closing at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, April 7, 2013. A $8 dollar per person admission allows access to BOTH shows.
110 antiques dealers participate in this combined show venue allowing significant opportunity for the buying public to discover and purchase distinctive objects that have been specially saved for these shows by participating dealers. Mark Sunday, April 7th on your calendar and be sure to join us.
