Mike Duffy’s Personal Training was developed due to the lack of supervision and privacy in health clubs. We have seen people workout for years in a health club setting without attaining results. We have seen people perform exercises in dangerous ways and receive wrong information in regards to training.

We decided to put together a training facility where people could attain results, exercise safely and receive proper information about fitness training all in a fun yet professional atmosphere. We hope to see you soon!
