MILegalize

The Michigan Comprehensive Cannabis Law Reform Initiative Committee was founded in February of 2015 to begin the work necessary to bring a cannabis legalization initiative to the voters in November of 2016. After turning in 354,000 signatures, the MILegalize plan was suppressed by the State in the notorious rigged election of 2016, which resulted in MILegalize fighting all the way to the US Supreme Court with no justice. The movement moves on and we won't be stopped. Spring 2017 is the petition drive and November 2018 we will be on the ballot! The committee's foundation lies in three pillars -

1. Protect and improve medical marijuana patients' rights

2. Legalize adult use of cannabis

3. Encourage our farmers to grow hemp
