Milepost Medical

Milepost Medical is a direct care practice in which we do not accept insurance - we contract directly with our patients for payment via a monthly membership fee. This does several things. It allows us to see overall fewer patients, spend more time with each patient, frees up our schedule so that patients can get in to the office when they need to be seen, and it allows us to be much more flexible in the manner in which the medical care is provided. We routinely spend an hour with our patients in the office, we can get them in to be seen oftentimes same day, we can answer medical questions for our patients via phone and even via email. We have also negotiated discounted lab and imaging rates for them and can help them save money on their prescriptions. The monthly membership fees range from $10-$100 per month, based on age. There is no copay, no sign-up fees, no contract. There is just us and our patients and personalized medical care.
