Millbrook Yoga

A coop of independent teachers offering many styles and levels of yoga, supporting the various needs of Millbrook and the surrounding communities.
We offer daily classes, including early morning and evening, for adults and children. From very gentle beginner classes to advanced practices, the instructors of Millbrook Yoga are experienced in the various aspects of asana, pranayama and meditation.
