Dana is an accomplished coffee roaster for almost two decades and brings her nuanced palate and expertise in coffee roasting to their Farm to Bar chocolate experience.
Mark is a twenty year veteran of education with desire to share their knowledge and assist others in learning about the pleasure, preparation and health benefits of savoring extraordinary dark chocolate.
