Established in 1982, Miller Bros Rib Shack, has been serving Dalton's Finest BBQ. Owner Eugene Miller did not set out to be a barbecue restauratuer. After speaking with his father, he was advised to go into business with his older brother. In July 1978 they began selling ribs from there old homestead on "Tarver street". Barbecuing quickly became a Saturday afternoon event; with people coming from all over smelling the BBQ aroma. Selling ribs and grilled chicken until they sold out, Eugene knew it was time to take the next step and Miller Bros BBQ was born.
