Millers Creek is a census-designated place (CDP) in Wilkes County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 2,112 at the 2010 census. West Wilkes High School, one of the four public high schools in Wilkes County, is located in Millers Creek.GeographyMillers Creek is located at .According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 4.5sqmi, all of it land.DemographicsAs of the census of 2010, there were 2,112 people, 892 households, and 621 families residing in the CDP.
