Millie's Cafe

Millie's was founded circa 1934 by Millie Niedecken and operated in the first floor of her house. Many changes have occurred over the years, such as opening up their garage for the restaurant (now the back half of the dining room), annexing an adjacent building(now the current kitchen), moving the restrooms, and 3 different locations of the kitchen. Millie's has had several owners since opening; beginning with Millie Niedecken, the Mahers, the Wursts, Dennis and Donna Bendele and now Kyle Bendele. Over the years Millie's has been known for multiple things such as being one of the first nightclubs in Putnam County, it's chicken baskets, Sunday steaks, and hamburgers. Today Millie's is best known for pizza, unique sandwiches, and, of course, award winning wings. So as years go by, people and places may change but Millie's will always be your hometown place to call home, just as the original Millie did.
