Mindful & Embodied

Mindful and Embodied is an intimate yoga studio and yoga school in South Salt Lake City offering private yoga instruction, small group yoga classes, yoga teacher trainings and immersions as well as bodywork. Natalie holds this space with the intention of providing a welcoming environment for others to explore the body/mind connection and to support the community in achieving optimal physical, mental and emotional health.
