Mindful Bodywork for Body-Wise Women

I love working with women of all ages to increase their health, wellness and body awareness. Our bodies are marvelous works of art and nature, and it's time to honor all the work they do for us by rejuvenating our bodies with massage and reflexology.

I offer deeply relaxing massage therapy that also targets specific areas of tension and / or pain to improve posture, joint rang of motion, and circulation. My reflexology work promotes relaxation and a deep sense of calm, as well as balances the internal systems of the body.
