Mindful Child Wellness LLC

Mindful Child Wellness incorporates mindfulness, sensory integration, and aerial yoga to teach children to self-regulate their behavior. Children learn through their senses and need to move to learn. Our unique classes and one-on-one sessions are research-based and therapeutic. This fun, innovative approach engages children and leads to significant physical, cognitive, and social emotional growth in toddlers, kids, and teens!
