Mindful Massage was created by Megan Hughes, a nationally certified and state licensed massage therapist.
Megan's interest in massage was sparked when massage therapy helped her overcome anxiety and chronic pain left from a whiplash injury. Because massage helped her, she decided to pay it forward and help other people by becoming a massage therapist.
Megan graduated from the massage therapy program in 2012 with 660 hours of training in several modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point release, reflexology, and energetic work. Megan uses various assessment techniques to mindfully create a massage that will be best for you.
