Mindful Minnies Yoga For Kids

Welcome to Mindful Minis Kids Yoga! Mindful Minnies is a kids yoga studio. We introduce yoga poses, relaxation breathing and mindfulness! Andrea Kassem is a certified childrens yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga herself for over 5 years. Andrea has two "minnies" of her own and understands what it's like to travel from home to sports to other activities, which can be tiring after a long day at work. We offer many different options with our services. Yoga birthday parties, private yoga lessons in your home, yoga at your school, Girl Scout Yoga badge opportunities, church or daycare, new adult yoga classes and yoga at the park. If you have a special needs child we can also accomodate and plan a personalized yoga routine for that child. Your child will learn to develop physical and mental stability through our practice. They will gain the knowledge and importance of being phsically fit and mentally fit. We integrate music and games to our yoga poses, which is always a hit with kids!
