At Mindful Movement Collective, it is our mission to create and provide a warm, tolerant, and inviting space where individuals may pursue the betterment of their health and sense of well-being through Pilates.

Whether you’re a first timer or have been doing Pilates for years, we meet you where you are in your journey. The benefits of Pilates include greater sense of balance, increased energy and self-esteem, and a stronger, leaner body. At Mindful Movement Collective, our experienced instructors offer both private and small group instruction to help you accomplish your wellness goals. We also offer a comprehensive Pilates teacher training as the Licensed training Center for the Bay Area in STOTT PILATES.
