Mindful Yoga Collective brings together Salt Lake’s most creative and experienced teachers. Our classes draw from the yoga tradition with the intention of bringing balance to our hectic 21st-century lives. Our teachers come from respected yoga and movement traditions including Iyengar, Body-Mind Centering, Para Yoga, Anusara, Kripalu, Alignment Yoga and Krishnamacharya. We specialize in alignment-based practices informed by anatomy and physiology to help students of all ages and body types create a safe and satisfying practice.
