Welcome to Mires Martial Arts Karate School in Concord, CA


The style that we train is Shorin-Ryu which is a traditional Okinawan Martial Art.

Students of this school will learn: Respect, Discipline, Self Defense, Self-Confidence, Kihons (Punches, Kicks, & Blocks), Kata (a sequence of movements), Technique (learning to defend against an attacker in a controlled environment), Kumite (fighting in a controlled environment, sparring) and more.

Martial Arts is a great way to get exercise in a fun and challenging environment. We offer classes for children, teens, and adults!
