Mi's Waterfront Bistro, is a chef-owned restaurant. Chef-owner Morgan Starr and his team have been serving the community of the Big Island since 2007. Graduated from Culinary Institute of America, Chef Morgan Starr uses old world techniques combined with freshly made pastas, sauces, daily baked bread, local produce, fish and beef.
