Misa yoga is our tiny jewel box yoga studio in the heart of Gatewood. Owned and operated by Elizabeth and Mike Thomas, misa yoga was created to provide an intimate setting to help support and grow each member's yoga practice while building community!

We offer 10 Vinyasa classes a week and can accommodate up to 9 yogis per class. Vinyasa yoga blends strength, stability & flexibility. We synchronize breath with powerful, sweeping movements that increase strength, endurance & flexibility. This vigorous practice offers continuous movement from one position to the next, creating a challenging & meditative experience for beginners & experts alike. Because of the size & nature of our studio, we ask that yogis reserve their spots with our scheduling software, to avoid having to turn anyone away. We strongly believe that yoga should be accessible to all and are lucky to be able to price our classes accordingly. We're always happy to negotiate a sliding scale that fits your budget, or negotiate trade. We love to support other small local businesses!
As of this moment, pricing is as follows:
Drop in~ $10
10 class card~ $85 ($8.50/cl)
Monthly Unlimited $65/month

We also offer special extended practices and workshops. Its not uncommon for us to hang for a glass of wine or have a pot luck after class. And we practice outside on our patio when the Seattle sun shines!
