Miss Amanda G's Family Child Care

I am Amanda, a Mother of 2, and daycare provider to many more! I pride myself on offering a family or home like environment for your child while they are away from home.
As a Licensed Provider I am required to be Infant and Child First Aid and CPR Certified, have completed Preventative Health and Safety Courses, have passed a Livescan Criminal Background Check, as well as being fully immunized.

I strive to impress a sense of independence upon each child that comes into my care, in a way that is appropriate for each child, based not only on age and but on that child's developmental level.

As being a Chef is my previous profession, I insist upon serving a wide variety of healthy, whole foods, with about 50% organic products, to feed our children's bodies the fuel it needs to participate in the day to day activities.

Many children need structure in their day to day routine and that is what I offer here. With consistent, meal nap and nap times and play and circle time around the same time each day, your child will really come to rely on what is coming up next.

In addition to routine, I also provide interactive play, art and learning through the effect of a monthly theme. This helps to guide our children focus to each months theme, and keeps each month fresh and exciting, not only for the children but for me as well!
