The Mission Viejo Family YMCA is a fully equipped fitness and recreation center that offers certified personal training on site, adult/youth sports programs, resort-style pool & outdoor recreation areas, new TRX® & Pilates Reformer studio, outdoor basketball court and soccer arena, KidZone (free child care service while you workout), an outdoor play area and walking trails, and over 70 group exercise classes FREE with membership – Yoga, Zumba®, BODYPUMP™, Mat Pilates, Y-Barre and more! In addition to membership, the Mission Viejo Family YMCA also offers sports classes and leagues, swim lessons and teams, and community programs such as Adventure Guides.
