Missy Kai Yoga

Missy was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. She started teaching yoga in 2014 after realizing the healing benefits of the practice in her personal and professional life. Inspired by the therapeutic potential of an appropriately-suited yoga practice, Missy is currently training for her 1000-hour clinical yoga therapy certification at Loyola Marymount University. Her studies include asana, pranayama, meditation, and creating customized daily routines to increase flexibility and bring balance to her client's lives. Missy currently bases her private practice in Santa Monica, California but also travels to teach retreats, workshops, private events, and festivals.
