Our mission is to create an environment where life can be celebrated with amazing coffee, loving smiles, soulful music and a genuine care for all living things. We strive to bring health conscious deliciousness to your cup.

We are so excited to be featuring Bend Oregon's Thump Coffee by their roasting facility 11Roasters. Seriously, amazing coffee along with smoothies made with real berries and local produce when seasonally available. All of our menu items will only be of the finest high end quality with heath and environmentally conscious ingredients with a lots of organic and house made products including our sauces, vanilla, chai and whip cream.

Mix Coffee will also be featuring some quick eats focused on sustaining your energy. Try one of our Power Bowls spun with blended fruit, home made steel cut oats with toppings of your choice, locally made bagels from Ahuva, healthy snacks and smoothies made with real greens and fruit. Being parents of 5 boys, we know how crazy life can be on the go. So we wanted you to feel great about the fresh items on the kids menu.

Of course life should be celebrated with a walk on the wild side once in a while by indulging in a Nutella espresso shake or an Affagato delight. (Real ice cream topped with espresso) yummy!!!
