We only lease to students from The Golf Academy of the Carolina's.

Lease is per student, no need to look for roommates to split the rent! Rent is per student. [You will have roommates from the Academy.] You are only responsible for your rent, not the entire unit.

NO CREDIT CHECK, NO APPLICATION FEE!

We lease by the semester. First lease is 2 semesters, then after that we extend by the semester. Security deposit and 1st month rent is due 30 days prior to moving in.

Note: If the student is under 21 years of age, a parent is required to cosign the lease.
