Dr. Paula Wrentmore's journey to chiropractic wellness care began as it does for a lot of people - with pain. Before she became a chiropractor, Dr. Wrentmore was a dancer, competitive fencer, and massage therapist. There was a lot of stress on the body and more than a few injuries. Getting chiropractic care was a life changing experience for her. Not only did it give tremendous pain relief, but it maintained the functional integrity of her body. She didn’t know it then, but the seed was planted for her to become a chiropractor.

Dr. Wrentmore received her doctorate in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West in San Lorenzo, CA. She graduated Magna cum Laude in 1994. During her internship she was appointed Student Intern Supervisor and twice earned Clinical Excellence awards. She earned a post baccalaureate Pre-Medical Certificate from New College of California, San Francisco, and she also holds a Bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University where she focused on theater, dance, and the women’s fencing team.

resisted stretch, and other transformative techniques that helps the whole family to heal, live pain free, and experience their body at its best.
