Professional Approach

Stacey was active early in life. It started with ballet, dance, baton twirling and later grew into soccer, basketball, volleyball, track, swimming, and cross country. Very active through childhood and early adulthood, it was a shock to discover in college that she had an undiagnosed autoimmune disorder that was an immediate threat to her health, wellbeing, and livelihood. Once she took proactive measures to holistically recover, which included proper nutrition and exercise, Stacey was finally able to regain control of her health after years of struggle.
She had to recreate her inner athlete and build again from the ground up. She started with walking, to jogging, to running, to marathons, to triathlon, and a half Ironman. Stacey understands what it feels like to feel “broken” and to have to work your way up. Because of her experience, she creates custom programs for each unique athlete she works with. Exercise should be fun, useful, empowering, and should build strength of body and spirit. She prides herself on finding helpful and comfortable modifications, creating fun and challenging workouts, and motivating her clients to perform at their best personal level.


Stacey has a passion for helping others and has worked in the health and medical fields for nearly 10 years. Drawing on her education and personal experience, she will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
