Our children's karate program is designed to teach much more than just self-defense. The program combines the most practical system of self-defense with a widely praised character development program. Our goal is for our students to take the lessons taught in class (respect, self-confidence, self-discipline, anger management, honesty, integrity, self-control...) and apply them to every aspect of their lives. Many studies have shown that children who know how to defend themselves typically don't have to since they carry themselves in a more confident manner. In addition, to our top notch character development system and self-defense system our students become much more physically fit. They see gains in strength, agility, cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
Our adult classes combine a total body workout with the finest self-defense system available. Participants will see an increase in energy, endurance, strength, flexibility, confidence and a decrease in weight & stress.
