Modo Yoga Columbus

Modo Yoga is green, clean, hot yoga that stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles while helping to detoxify the body and calm the mind. Every class style is grounded in accessibility making it appropriate for those just beginning or with an advanced practice. While all classes are rooted in the Modo Yoga series, teachers are encouraged to bring their own unique knowledge and experience every time they enter the room to teach so every class is unique.
