What we do:
>> We believe in consuming and serving only the very best quality foods. We strive to grow and purchase wholesomely grown, organic, non-GMO- if at all possible.
>> Chef Anita personally visits (unannounced) local farmers and growers to verify growing conditions and practices.
>> We grow chemically free- all herbs and much of our produce.
>> A local Amish farmer is growing our Italian Tomatoes and strawberries on his chemical-free and non-GMO farm. Each year he selects only the very best tomatoes and saves the seeds for the following year's tomato crop.
>> We support our local community by purchasing locally.
>> We donate to and volunteer at our church and community food banks.
>> Members of SLOW FOOD movement.
