Mohegan Commons offers one, two and three bedroom apartments with a variety of floor plans. Our apartment homes are newly renovated.

Mohegan Commons is located in a quiet, residential area of
Norwich at the base of beautiful Mohegan Park, where our residents
enjoy summertime fun; swimming, hiking, jogging, fishing, barbecuing,
picnicking and much more! Also onsite we have 2 playgrounds!

At Mohegan Commons we welcome the whole family that means you can bring your cat or your dog too!We ask if you are bringing the whole family to join the community that your family member adhere to all of the guidelines located in our pet policy. Please ask for a pet policy upon interest. Also required is a $300.00 pet deposit.

Our community includes 2 sides The Park side and The Village side. On the Park side heat & hot water and electricity are included in the rent in addition high speed internet is also included. On The Village side heat and hot water as well as high speed internet are included in the rent.

Laundry Facilities are located on site. They are card operated and are professionally maintained by Mac Gray.
