Each class will feature a warm up, skill session, workout and cool down. We will provide in depth information aimed at improving your health and wellness while promoting fat loss.
The main body of the class will use equipment such as medicine balls, kettlbells, sleds, slamballs, plates, dumbbells, bands and boxes. Exercises are perfomed for specific durations with built in breaks to allow you to catch your breath and move on to the next exercise.
There will be a preassessment body comp as well as physical measurements. These will be repeated at the end of BootCamp so that you can see your results from all your hard work.
This class will be physically challenging but fun! We guarantee results!
